The Compound Competency Inventory for the 21st Century (CCI-21) was developed by expert psychometricians and developmental psychologists to measure Character, Skills, & Meta-Learning. We believe and act on recognizing the agency of learners through self-assessment. At BE, we have a mission-driven vision to transform education using 12 Competencies and 60 Sub-Competencies, and seek to contribute to scientific advancement through rigorous peer-reviewed publications (see the journal articles below). With over 300K students, and ongoing advances, BE continues to strengthen our evidence base as we connect with new and diverse partners.
