Charles is a global education thought leader and author, futurist, and inventor at the forefront of preparing educators for the Age of AI. Fadel is the founder and chairman of Center for Curriculum Redesign, project director Harvard Graduate School of Education, chair of the education committee at Business at OECD (BIAC), and a member of the OECD’s Experts Group on AI Futures. He co– authored four books: Education for the Age of AI (2024), Artificial Intelligence in Education, Four-Dimensional Education (translated into 23 languages), and the best-selling 21st Century Skills. He is the founder of Fondation Helvetica Education (Geneva, Switzerland) and the founder of the ahead-of-its-time startup Neurodyne AI thirty years ago. Formerly he was Global Education Lead at Cisco Systems, a visiting scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology ESG and The Wharton School/Penn CLO, a member of the President’s Council at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, and an angel investor with Beacon Angels.
