Q1 2026 marks an important evolution for Beyond Education.

For years, our work has focused on measuring 21st Century Competencies and providing data analysis to schools, universities, and professional development companies. But in that process, one question kept coming up: How can we use these valuable insights to develop competencies more effectively?

This quarter, we are taking a significant step forward after testing our answer to that question through some innovative clients throughout last year:

Supporting educational institutions not only to assess, but to actively develop these competencies across students and educators, and to embed them into the pedagogical practices.

This shift reflects a simple but powerful insight: student competency development cannot be isolated from teacher competency development.

This is driving a new phase of our mission—whole-school transformation through assessment, professional development, and implementation.
